People never change. I miss high school. I miss hanging out with my friends without a care in the world over everything. We didn't care about all the shit that's being thrown at us, coz' we take it and somehow make it an enjoyable time. I miss the times when life was simple. When everything was just within the people you want things to be. I guess once life branches out, we cling onto new twigs and leaves, eventually you lose that simplicity and that sense of invulnerability. I want that life again. No need to see things I don't want to see, no need to see people I don't want to see, no need to read things I don't want to know, no need to keep doubting myself that I am wrong to feel things that I feel. Everyone says, "We've all got to grow up someday". I don't want to.

new zealand is such a laid back country. and i've been living with the most relaxed, laid back people ever for the past few months. having grown up in a very stressful environment with very high strung people, it took quite a while to get adjusted to how unstressful everything here is. but it was a very awesome, refreshing change. but tonight, the parental units were tidying up the house for the return of siblings, turning the normally quiet, laid back house into a bit of a whirlwind of activity. lol, which ironically enough was more of what i've been used to. flurry and panic and shouting and running around... ahhh...

A Better Battery for Laptops
HP will be the first laptop maker to offer a new battery designed to maintain its energy capacity over the life of a laptop, according to an announcement from the battery maker, Boston-Power, based in Westborough, MA. The battery will be available as an option for some HP laptops starting next year. The capacity of most batteries fades markedly after just a few months,HP F4809A Battery making it hard to predict how long a laptop will last between charges. Boston-Power says that the new battery will last three years without fading and that it charges to 80 percent capacity in just 30 minutes. The battery, which has been certified by more than one environmental organization for green design and manufacturing, should also be safer than ordinary laptop batteries, which have been known to catch fire.
